BizzKitt B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 42149345, Frederikstraat 67, 3034 LD Rotterdam, the Netherlands, hello@bizzkitt.ai) is the controller for your account data and the processor for the data your solutions handle on your behalf. Account data we process: name, business name, email address, billing details, language, currency, the solutions and tasks you selected, your settings and your support requests. Purpose: providing the service, invoicing, support and legal obligations. Retention: for the duration of the subscription and up to 7 years afterwards where tax law requires. Customer data we process on your instruction: conversations of your customers on the channels you connect (WhatsApp, email, web chat, Facebook, Instagram), documents you add to the knowledge base and records in the business applications you connect. You are the controller of this data; we act as your processor under a data processing agreement, available on request at hello@bizzkitt.ai. We do not use this data to train AI models. Sub-processors: Supabase (database and hosting, EU region), Anthropic (AI model), Stripe (payments), Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, on your own Meta business account), Composio (connections to your business applications), Cloudflare (website delivery) and Resend (email). A current list is available on request. Security: data is hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to your own portal. Every action of a solution is recorded in your activity log. Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Cookies: this website uses functional cookies and local storage for language, currency and your selection only. No advertising trackers. Transparency: your solutions identify themselves as AI working on behalf of your business when asked and in outgoing communication where the law requires it.
