We work in line with the GDPR. Every subscription includes our data processing agreement: we are the processor, you remain the controller. Your portal and data are stored in the EU, and we do not use your data to train AI models. Request the data processing agreement and the current list of sub-processors at hello@bizzkitt.ai. Sign-in is by emailed link, every database query stays within your own portal, sessions use secure cookies and payment webhooks are signature-checked. The AI answers only from the knowledge and connections you approved. Every action a solution takes is recorded in your activity log, and an outgoing message or external action waits for your approval unless you set a task to automatic. Connections run on your own accounts; you can disconnect them at any time. BizzKitt is a Meta Tech Provider for WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. You connect these channels through your own Meta business account; messages run directly through Meta, without an intermediary.
